
Dr. Baptiste Mouginot is a Nuclear Physics expert with over 15 years of experience in neutronic simulation, fuel cycle analysis, and scientific software development.
His career spans academic research and industry, including positions at Laboratoire Subatech, where he led development of the CLASS fuel cycle simulator, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, working on nuclear fuel cycle, neutronics, and non-proliferation projects.
Since 2022, he operates as an independent Scientific Consultant, serving clients including NAAREA, UW-Madison, HEXANA, and MIT. He specializes in neutronic calculations, open-source tools development, CI/CD implementation, and scientific best practices training.
